Jump to - Chiba Station | Tokyo Station | Shimbashi Station
Various locations with maps of where I generally set to meet up. I usually arrive 5-10 min. before the set meeting time. If your going to be late, please contact me, either by Phone or LINE (using the information in the email).
Most all major stations have very clear signs and maps in both Japanese and English that let you know which direction you need to go in order to find a specific exit. When you get off the train don't rush down or up the stairs, walk along on the platform until you find a sign with directions (there will be one). Carefully read the signs to find the correct direction/exit.
Meet Spot: Central Gate (中央改札 | Chuu Ou Kai Satsu)
Chiba is a very large station but it's simple to navigate. The meeting location will be just outside the Central Gate (中央改札 | Chuu Ou Kai Satsu) wicket gates. Most likely you'll have to ride an escalator or take the stairs up 1 level from your arrival platform to get into the main part of the station. There will be English signs that guide you to the main exit.

Meet Spot: Marunouchi North Exit (丸の内北口 | Maru No Uchi Kita Guchi)
Tokyo Station is a huge and complicated station but, in reality there are only 6 main exits (see map this page). When you arrive at the station just start reading the exit information signs (they are everywhere, along with maps) and head for the Marunouchi North Exit (丸の内北口 | Maru No Uchi Kita Guchi). As you walk within the station there will be plenty of signs to guide you along with Information Desks (they can speak English), at which you can ask directions. The meeting point is within the wickets (do not exit), just over to the side (to stay out of people's way).

Meet Spot: North Gate (北口 | Kita Guchi)
Although Shimbashi is relatively small compared to the major stations, it does have various levels and transfer corridors that make it a bit confusing. The meeting point is just outside the wickets of the JR North Gate. When you get off the train look for the signs that say "Ginza Exit" or "Hibiya Exit" and follow the direction they point to.
